• The massage therapist was excellent. She specifically asked about pressure, and I felt like I could tell her to go deeper or less deep if I needed to. There is a high level of attention to detail in the environment that contribute to the experience - the heated table, the aromatherapy, the women's comfort pillows when you're lying face down, the bolsters that go under your knees or ankles, the music. It's a fully sensorial experience that leads to a high level of relaxation, mindfulness, and even ... bliss.
