• The facilities could be a little more spa feeling. Waiting room /lobby feels a bit cold. Kyrsten and Maria are excellent therapist and staff is always super friendly.

• The score is not reflecting on the spot but to my masseuse Robbie. She is exciting her touches and ability to quickly alleviate my pain or muscle sore. So my recommendation for a 10 points is for my friends to see Robbie.
