• My masseuse, Sharon, is always able to work on me to help me get the maximum of my exercise program. Being a lifter as well, she understands my description of any issues I'm having in the weight room and targets the area for improvement as well as provides instructional stretches to use before certain exercises to improve the movement during the lift.
