• An unforeseen situation came up right before my appt for the red light sauna that was going to make me 10 minutes late. I understand scheduling and how that can affect others. However the desk worked me in and everything was fine. I really needed the red light therapy for back pain- a semi hit me three months ago and the heat and red light eases the pain. So working me in was greatly appreciated.
