• Every time I've been to Oak Haven, I have had excellent experiences. I've recently begun going regularly for 80 minute massages with Lex and together we're working on two problem areas: my neck and my hips. With each visit, my muscles are learning to relax and release. As soon as I feel those particular muscels tightening back up, I practice stretches that Lex showed me and they help keep my muscles and knots loose until my next visit.
