• Massages are the best. Better treatment than PT and Orthopedic Dr. I have regular monthly maintenance massage for what I do every day to my body, sitting behind the desk all day. I dont see why insurance doesn't cover such a medical intevervetion to management...well, everything from anxiety, depression, pain, etc.

• Stephany was awesome (and always is!). She had the room ready just for me, with the heat set in the table, extra pillow I like, etc. She gave me a great massage, and could tell without my even telling her which knots and spots needed TLC.
