• I gave a 9 because my therapist did a great job, very professional and attentive. At one point during the glute work, he noticed something shift and asked, 'What was that?' He thought it might’ve been my sciatic nerve or something similar. I told him, 'I don't know, but it felt good.' That said, I personally prefer glute massage without the sheet. It feels more effective, therapeutic, and natural that way.
