• I texted the name of the therapist to a few friends. I texted them names of the three therapists I have gotten the best massages from at Oak Haven: Ariel, Alexandre, and Raphael. I chose a ten for yesterday's massage because Raphael did what Ariel and Alexandre also do. He took time beforehand to listen to what my problem areas were. He exhibits personal creativity, pride, and knowledge in his field. One of the ways this is apparent is in the application and delivery of technique; it occurs in such a way that it makes his approach feel unique. He created a safe atmosphere, and he was good natured. I value all three therapists for every reason I cataloged above. They each master those areas in their own individual way and style.
