• Jose H is fantastic with deep tissue. He also offers really helpful suggestions to reduce muscle tightness and pain beyond simply hydrating and stretching. He notices habits that are negatively impacting the musculature and makes actionable recommendations. I've been to several therapists at Oak Haven over the years, and he's definitely the best one I've seen.
