• Hello! I'm definitely coming back to keep working on myself with Brenda. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and I felt great afterwards. She mentioned that going too long without a massage where I'm really focused on rolling out certain parts is like resetting and having to start over from scratch and I totally agree. I like the approach where we're building up progress and I'm excited to keep working with her. And doing plenty of stretching and foam rolling in between as homework. ｡⁠◕⁠‿⁠◕⁠｡
