• The high score was selected because the location is comfortable, clean, safe, and convenient. The price is reasonable, too. I just recommended it to a friend and neighbor on Sunday after returning from my 10 am appointment.

• My therapist is extremely knowledgeable. She is able to relieve my pain. Let me repeat that. Relieve my pain. I have had many therapists, over the years, that work on problem areas with no change in relieving the pain. That is not the case with my therapist at Oak Haven. She shows genuine concern about my pain and if she's not available provides other therapists names in order to keep the process of relieving the pain on the right track. If the score of 100 was available I would definitely pick that.

• I appreciated the availability of making an appointment for the same day. The center was very clean and well organized. Took off a point because the therapist's hands were cold. (I know - there is not much you can do about that, but it did take away from the service.
