• Every single thing was perfect! The masseuse asked questions, wrote down a couple notes -excellent massage! Warm bed, calm, happy people and environment. Ya'l even had room for a next day appointment!

• I like coming, like the membership and occasionally enjoy promotions. If I could visit once a week, I would :). While it take time to find "your" MT (and then they would leave - ha-ha), it is ok, and I was never dissatisfied with the sessions. Two wishes: (1) For therapeutic massages it would be good to have a what they call "Superbill" so I can use my HSA account to pay for them. (2) Wish I can transfer the credits or use a $85/massage for my family members: this of it that way: I would recommend the studio for them because of my experience, it is also I who pay the bill. It is like I am getting the additional session (for which I would pay $85+ gratuity), but instead of me, it would be my family members, who otherwise would not come to the Studio. Think of that, and I would appreciate considering this change to the membership, as it may bring you additional revenue (i.e. it is not the Oak Haven would get full price from my family members, it is that the Oak Heaven will not get the $85 from them not visiting) (3) (a very minor) reinforce if there are notes added while booking, the MT reads them - sometimes it feels they might not - but this is minor, I do not mind repeating which scent I would prefer :) Thank you!
