• This was my first time getting any kind of facial treatment and it was great! Rachel was so sweet and knowledgeable and answered all my skin care questions and gave me great advice. I only got a mini treatment but my skin feels so much better, so I definitely will be back for the signature facial. I loved that the products are organic. The atmosphere was also very relaxing and beautiful. Thank you for a great experience!

• The space for changing and lockers was tight. I'd prefer to have a larger locker room/changing area with mirrors and blow dryers to get dressed in after my service.

• My daughter is overweight and her robe didn't fit she called me crying from the dressing room and I called the manager to see if she could cancel because Amanda just wanted to leave.. someone went to her and made her feel comfortable and got her a bigger robe.. and even asked if she needed a hug... thanks for not making her feel worse but helping her enjoy her gift.
