• I love that the staff remembers me! I have enjoyed every service I’ve had. I enjoy the intimate feel of the place, from the Lobby to the lounge and even the bathroom is calming. My facials are usually with Rachel, and she is fantastic and caring. Once, I purchased a facial for a dear friend who was battling cancer. When she was too ill to make the appointment, I went in her place. After my facial, Rachel gave me a bag full of samples and told me how to use them on my friend so she could still have her facial as well. Most recently I had a facial with Melissa. Though she denies it, I caught myself beginning to snore, I was so relaxed. Ben was my massage therapist. I was not completely sure how comfortable I would be with a guy, but he made me feel very cared for and respected. I love O.liv! I just wish I could hey referral credits because I tell everyone!
