  • Great experience and atmosphere
  • Great master!
  • I train here with my daughter, we both come to have a good time and learn. All the black belt instructors are down to earth and willing to teach/ help you whenever you don’t understand or aren’t sure about something. My daughter also likes coming here the kids program is strict but also friendly which allows kids to focus but also enjoy their time.
  • Awesome staff and good experience
  • I've been training there since 2012, so I'm loyal to the cause and continue to refer people there all the time. But if I were going to suggest ways to improve the experience (in no particular order): - Do a deep clean a few times a year (the ducts near the ceiling, tops of lockers, corners, etc.). - Have pest control come monthly/quarterly (it can turn people off to see several bugs crawling on the mats while rolling). - Redo the stickers on the window. - Install an oscillating fan in the locker rooms for post-training cool-down in the summer. - Force building management to keep bathroom paper towels stocked and fix the toilet stall locks. - More live feedback during sparring. - Maybe consider offering semi-private seminars: post available time slots and have people choose from an array of focus areas (e.g. take-downs, arm bars, butterfly guard). The pricing could depend on instructor and how many people sign up.
