• Andre was very thorough and clear with his direction. He made me feel comfortable and focused on our session. As someone who has never done martial arts in the past, it was a great introduction. I saw everyone took the class seriously but also we're enjoying themselves. As a woman I was a bit intimidated at first but I felt welcomed and safe ❤️
