NYAH Med Spa

I just finished my 12 month of service I purchased via Groupon. I have gotten laser services for my full face at both locations and loved it. It does take a little longer to get appointments at the downtown location. I had a better time at the Alpharetta location because its closer to me and the office much nicer.
I had services by 2 people and loved Stephanie, she was fast and did my whole face versus the other one who was slow and didnt do my face fully. I dont remember her name.
All in all, I would highly recommend Nyah med Spa and will definitely be returning in the future.

I've been getting treatment for over five years at NYAH. Because I couldn't get an appointment 3 weeks in advance at the Northpoint location, I went to the Suwannee location. The tech was great once however I waited 20min past my appointment even though no one was there. Unfortunately it was because a bell wasn't heard from the front receptionist. Location was difficult to find because inside a dental office with no signs about NYAH however the email I received stated the location.

My experiences have been great so far! The laser technicians are very knowledgeable and quick. They have amazing deals for laser hair removal! I am literally doing most of my body for $500! Can't beat that! Definitely recommend them!

I WAS SEVERELY BURNED IN SEVERAL AREAS!!!!! I bought a groupon for laser hair removal. After my fourth treatment I told them I was not seeing any results and asked if there was a different type of laser I could use; they told me of course we will make a note and your last four treatments will be with another type of laser. The fifth treatment they used the same old laser but just increased the power. I asked again if I could use a different laser for my last treatments, and again they told me of course and that they would make a note in my chart. On my sixth visit the same old laser was turned up so high it went from feeling like I was being cattle prodded in the genitals to feeling like I was having a full body electrocution. I kept jumping off of the table. Now I have badly burned areas and an extreme amount of pain. I still have two visits left but I will NEVER go back there again. It wasn't until I found another hair removal place that I learned laser hair removal doesn't have to be this painful. Don't waste your money here because you will end up spending more money to go somewhere else. You will spend more time in the waiting room than you will getting your procedure done. I wish I had never gone here!

I recently completed my laser treatment and I have to say they were very good at selling the initial package and second and third but later, they decided to switch from 8 sessions to 6 for the same price, and suddenly switch several areas consider as 1.. and split in to 2 areas. What it was more disappointing was to listen: well, we have to make money, no im sorry, no I understand your frustration so I guess money is more important than keep their word on what theyre selling. Definitely not coming back!!!

Love this Spa having great results and the front desk girls are so helpful when scheduling appointments.

I love my specific technicians Alyssa ( the sweetest ) , Hailey, Daniela , and Gracie . I cant speak for the rest . There is a mature technician that has visible colorful tattoos that was very rude and unprofessional when I was treated . I felt uneasy with her . But the front desk YOUNG women are kind and cordial . The older women in the front aren't so welcoming. They usually dont pick up the phone when I call. But the owner seems attentive and caring. So I give a four star because I love my technicians, the place is sanitary , they follow COVID protocols and the laser hair removal treatment seems well worth it . I suggest they be more selective on who they hire as personnel and work on staff professionalism.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Cap locks aren't even strong enough! I have worked with several of the technicians and only have amazing things to say about all of them. I am VERY INSECURE with my body, so the thought of getting spread eagle for strangers horrified me. These ladies make me feel so comfortable, answered all of my questions and now I've moved on to another area. I sing their praises all the time! Now, friends have purchased packages. I've looked at several other places & Nyah always has the best prices. Let me not forget to say that I work across the street from the Buckhead location, live in Smyrna and still choose to drive 22 miles to go here!! WORTH IT!!Kathy & Sonya, thank you for making something that seems scary be the best thing I've EVER done for myself!!

Prior to today this review would've received five stars. I've booked a touchup apart of the Black Friday sale for $59 on the phone with Marianna and was told that 1 area would receive 16 sessions. I went in today and was told that it was only for eight sessions if I knew that I would've bought the other 8 for that deal. Candace who is amazing, spoke on my behalf to upper management (owner) Who said that she didn't know where the confusion was on either part and could not honor the mistake that was made by her employee. Phone calls were not recorded and basically the customer service part of this situation was disregarded . Usually I've never had a problem with this place I've been going here for a year and I'm just annoyed that there was no silver lining on even honoring the sale price I paid prior to pay for the other eight sessions. That would've even be satisfactory.

The follow up by Sharon the owner was excellent. She explained in detail why more hair than usual was showing and took the time to listen to my feedback. She convinced me to go through the whole cycle (6 treatments for lower face and neck) and if I am not happy she would refund my money and offered 1 complimentary treatment after all 6 are finished if needed. Can't ask for more than that and she restored my faith in Spencer , so I will give it another try. I will post back when I have completed my sessions !
