• jewell & kiara were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. great experience, pleased that bogo was available. only improvement is lighting in room could be softer, lighter tiles would make it feel cleaner, shower area a bit questionable but the complimentary flip flops helped with any doubts. within pod itself were brown grains but I wasn't sure if that was part of the epsom salt mixture. rust drip visible around pod handle.
