• I loved the space. The facility was very clean however the floors looked like they had a bit of water damage. I left feeling very refreshed and rejuvenated, plus the staff were very informative and helpful!

• My first visit to True Rest was better than anything I could have conjured up in my mind. I received a warm greeting upon arrival. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep before my float. Once I got into the float pod...ahhhh... I now know what it feels like to be pain free. Honestly, I can't find the words to describe my experience. It was simply amazing.
