• The workouts are tough, but they target exactly what you're told they will, which is awesome. There's enough breaks in between that you get a chance to recover and push on to the next exercise

• There is an extremely friendly and understanding environment at Nutrifit Bootcamp. I've never felt incapable nor inferior but rather I always feel motivated and inspired whenever I attend a session. Nutrifit Bootcamp is amazing!
