• Carmel was soothing and inviting from the start, the massage was just perfect. The new facility is very pretty and really quiet (despite known noise in the hallways, the room was quiet). Carmel's massage pressure and attention to every area was perfect.

• The spa was beautiful kept! I loved the customer service arriving and leaving. Alice was amazing, my massage was relaxing and had the perfect pressure, she was consistent through the entire 60 min massage. It was perfect! Can't wait to go again!
