• It was my first time and I was considerably late and I appreciated the understanding and friendliness of the stylist and salon "receptionist". However, this emailing and texting communicating is highly unusual and not efficient. It is very inconvenient so I have to change my 10 to a 9 and it might be a put off to others and procrastinating factor when making my next appt. Too many possible misunderstandings as well as time consuming. First time with a salon. Ruben was very good at understanding what would look good with my features and helping come up with solutions between what I was looking for and what would be flattering. I still have yet to see how it will look when I work with it on my own as is usually the case. I am sure it will be great! Thank You!

• I'm a fairly new client, the staff has been very nice . Cathryn does my color and she has made me quite comfortable and has been very helpful in adjusting the changes I have needed. 😊
