• My stylist was excellent, skilled and quick. Reception was nice but could be more accommodating ie ask if I'd like water or coffee, how was everything?- care about what your customers are looking for. Mediocre hospitality breeds mediocre revenue. Staff was nice but if you want to go to the next level, be like my stylist and go the extra mile.
