• Very friendly staff - appear knowledgeable - The staff made me feel welcome and they always had a smile. The one thing I think should be addressed is when the technician gives the V12 shot, she should draw up the medication once the client enters the room. Otherwise how do I know what is in the syringe that she is injecting ? It could be saline for all I know. All medications should be drawn up in the presence of the client. I believe that is standard for medical procedures.
