• Because your front desk staff was friendly and courteous to me and also as I overheard conversations on the phone with other clients. I was offered something to drink by two different persons. The PA suggested I reschedule as the procedure I needed would interfere with my travel plans the next day. That was very much appreciated as I hadn't even thought about no Sun for several days! All in all a nice experience.
