• The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. Lena explained everything she was going to do during my procedure, answered all my questions, was very personable. She treated me like I was her only patient of the day. It's the first time in 20 years of receiving Botox that I didn't bruise. She is such an expert that it was painless, and there was not one red mark on my face after the injections. I am extremely happy and will definitely refer people to Lena and NuMed Spa.
