• Because I felt Lana was very experienced, so I felt comfortable trusting her. Also she had a good bedside manner which is important for me, while maintaining professionalism. She was also honest with me about the current state of where I was at and developed a plan that she felt was best for me and best medically and cosmetically based on her expertise. I appreciated all of these factors because Im a nurse as well so these things are important to me. I'm very extremely happy with my experience! The sparkling water was also s nice touch because I live on sparkling water ☺️
