• Not being greeted or asked anything when I walked in. A person walked in after me and was greeted almost immediately. They were also assisted right away. I had to walk into a room and ask for help.

• The doctor that did the Botox and fillers for me was very knowledgeable and he did a great job. The staff were very knowledgeable of what they were doing and friendly.
