From the moment I stepped in the door everyone was really nice. It's much appreciated to feel welcomed and to have someone greet you with a smile. The doctor was pleasant and took time to come in even though he wasn't administering the injectables and that was also appreciated. The technician who administered the Botox (I'm sorry I forgot her name) was so sweet and very gentle. It was such a pleasant experience and I even thought to myself on the way out how nice every one was. Thank you.
