From the minute I walked in the door, I was impressed with everything about your establishment. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and accommodating, and put me at ease. This was my first time getting Botox (or anything similar), and my experience there could not have been better. Eleanor was clearly knowledgeable and excellent at what she does. I had no swelling, bruising or any other adverse reaction after the procedure. I'd recommend nuMed to anyone without hesitation. Thank you for making this such a positive experience for me, and I can't wait to see the results over the next two weeks!

Every step of the way, from the Groupon to check in to the consultation w the doctor. He told me I needed a little more Botox than I thought. But others have exaggerated it, telling I need what my parents get. The honesty and sincerity of the doctor convinced me. And I loved the location! Everything is the reason why a 10 frankly.

Dr. Ibrahim is very professional and kind and the IPL is very effective. The only reason I didn't give a score of 10 is because twice during my procedure, different people walked into the room without even knocking.
