• Every step of the way, from the Groupon to check in to the consultation w the doctor. He told me I needed a little more Botox than I thought. But others have exaggerated it, telling I need what my parents get. The honesty and sincerity of the doctor convinced me. And I loved the location! Everything is the reason why a 10 frankly.

• Dr. Ibrahim is very professional and kind and the IPL is very effective. The only reason I didn't give a score of 10 is because twice during my procedure, different people walked into the room without even knocking.
