• I've been to many yoga studios in this life. Over the last 2 years I've received my 200hr YTT and Yin certification. This introduced me to new (to me) studios and gave me an even deeper understanding of my practice. I've learned a lot and many things have changed for me but one thing that has not changed is that NP rock still feels like coming home. There is something I get there that I have yet to get anywhere else. I'd explain it as maybe "authentic freedom" but I just made that up in efforts to capture how it feels haha. You guys emit an energy that is uniquely yours and one in which I want to absorb. Mara and Brian specifically give you the space I feel all teachers should. They hold space in a manner in which you can hold space for yourself. It's really beautiful. It calls me back time and time again. And even after two years of pregnancy, birth, motherhood and teacher trainings out in the world... meeting my mat last night at your studio was "coming home". So much love for this studio. Shine on ☀️
