• Both Madison and Hiro were great at listening and since I don't know much about hair they helped figure out what would work for me. Loved them both

• Hiro is very precise and can read a room (ie could sense I'm not a chatty customer and made me feel comfortable being quiet). The woman who shampooed my hair and received me- I wish I remember her name but definitely remember she had very amazing freckles- was exceptionally kind and welcoming. All in all, worth working a haircut in 3x a year when I come to CA to visit family (I live in TX barf)
