• Amanda greeted me when I walked in and helped me confirm my booking weeks before. Beverly helped prep me before meeting with Chaie and also washed my hair after my color. Both women were kind, warm and welcoming. My first service was a cut with Chaie and she made me feel comfortable as soon as we started talking. She had the best energy and respected my hesitations with cutting more length off, but was able to explain just how much damage there was at my ends. I already knew I could trust her and she was able to cut all the damaged ends off while still keeping my hair long. My second service was a full highlight with Daniel. He was able to walk me through his suggestions after he took a look at the state of my hair. And he set realistic expectations about what we may or may not be able to achieve depending on how my hair was going to take to the color. He kept me updated throughout the process and was so focused and patient. Christopher was also a lovely color assistant. Daniel exceeded my expectations! He brought me to a beautifully well-blended blonde that previous colorists haven’t been able to achieve. I could also feel that he was proud of his work, which being a creative professional myself, made me feel that much happier with the final look. And his styling was on point! Thank you, Chaie and Daniel! 💜
