I would give A rating of nine. The only thing that could make it better is if a handout was provided after your first colonic with perhaps some information about what to expect afterwards. I don't think you would want to have a colonic and then go out and meet a group of friends. At least that's not my experience. You'd want to be home and near the bathroom. So just something explaining this sort of thing would be good and also maybe it's already provided and I'm not aware but something to talk about how taking stool softeners can make the experience much better. That is, take them a week or so before your appointment. Otherwise I would give a 10. Also would be good to give a little information on how best to position your body when having the colonic because for me I had some problems Initially,But I learned how to better position myself. So without getting graphic hopefully you can know what I'm talking about or at least Jenn Will Would be good to have the person read this before having The colonic. I would like to give a 10 to the caf which is so awesome sometimes I drive an extra 20 minutes just to have one of their superb shakes.
