I liked the lay out. I felt you had done what was necessary to keep people as safe as can be expected. Brittany was very skilled and professional. She asked some questions that I have never been asked before. Also, she was thorough and didn't kind of just go through the motions even though I was a Groupon so they were not getting the usual fee.
