My therapist was very gentle. I didn't know I was supposed to eat before acupuncture. Thankfully, the cafe onsite saved me a trip. I was able to get something light and delicious.

The space is lovely and there was a sense of calm, even with a lot of people milling around. The practitioners were skilled and generous with their time and energy.

It was a very full day with outstanding services. A great introduction to a place and format I would not have found (liiving in DC) without the invitation from Meetup.
