Alexandria was incredibly patient even though I was late. I even forgot to shut off my phone and she helped me get it into silent mode. The session was very relaxing otherwise and when I ran out of water afterwards, your cafe filled my water for free and even ascertained it was filtered and that meant a lot to me. Thank you!

10 was definitely given. Service from Kim and staff was amazing. Only issue we had was it took about 40 minutes to check out. Other than that. 1st time experience was great!!!
