As an organization, they are customer friendly and have a wide variety of offerings for reasonable prices. Personally, my massage therapist (Kristi W) is great in that she listens, assesses what my issues are, lets me know what she will be focusing on to resolve any issues I might be experiencing, and monitors my experience throughout the session to make sure I'm comfortable with what she's doing.
