- Quiet gym - not busy - has large turf area with sleds, which I need for my knee rehab - equipment has a focus on strength and conditioning - equipment is always organized - the lower area turf room is a great place to kick a soccer ball around - staff is friendly and helpful - bathrooms/locker rooms are nice/clean - have no worries about my stuff being stolen - people aren't making Tik Toks in the gym - price is affordable
