Great place to work out, plenty of room and equipment. Friendly and clean. My only setback is the god awful supposedly loud music canned in. The stupid rap noise they call music. Well, I'm old , but the 60s, 70s 80s etc music will last forever. The rap crap to pass to their kids, duh. Amen

Our instructor Mike Hardy( hope I'm right about his name) is extremely nice, polite patient with us and knowledgeable about what he is doing/ a big part of my positive impression/ of course, equipment is also outstanding/ from the great quality Treadmills, bikes, to the other gym equipment and gadgets we are using during our class/ also, obviously, the space is great/ this front desk guy Graham is also very polite, helpful and professional!
