It started when I walked through the door; the desk attendant was polite and helpful. The place was clean and organized. I even received help on a piece of the equipment front another one of the patrons. I was an overall great experience. However, please get the sauna repaired because it's been over a month. That sauna is loved by many of us and we really miss it. Thanks
