• I believe the classes are geared towards what the instructor feels. The people can gain at their age, providing the best exercise possible for the age group. The instructors are very informative, kind, knowledgeable, and carry on a conversation with people. The facility is always clean and neat the staff is very friendly and outgoing. my instructor is terrific. He gears our class towards what he knows we can accomplish. If he feels that we can add more to our program he does if he feels we need a break and maybe a different instrument to use. He is very knowledgeable that way thank you.
