• Because the facility is always clean and the staff is friendly. The primary reason I come is because Courtney leads a very exhilarating program. She makes each person feel important to the group. Courtney gives very clear and exact directions for each segment of the program. Courtney also uses a variety of exercises to keep it interesting and she motivates the group to want to do each segment to the best of each individual's ability. COURTNEY is the best.

• The available program for regular and senior groups looks appealing/will know more after experience those trainings/ needless to say, the space and equipment are state of the are I would say/ very kind and friendly front dark lady took time to walk me through and answer my questions/ hoping for the best!
