Went to opening day at Northern Yoga Center and loved, loved, loved it all! JQ is an amazing teacher, facility is beautiful and has a safe and cozy feel to it. I loved the connection with other yogis during the flow I felt a strong scenes of community and connection. She guides students to take what they need for their bodies and knows how to lighten the mood when you find yourself being too serious. - Kristin K.

I like that the yoga instructor provided step by step instruction and modifications. She also asked how could she address and areas of our body or poses we needed today.
