Very professional class with excellent support especially if you're new to pilates
I love attending this class on a Saturday morning . Susan is a great instructor, breaks down the moves really well, easy to follow and understand. The studio is bright and spacious.
Good instructor, friendly atmosphere, all equipment supplied.
