Kelly was AMAZING! This was my second pole class with you folks and she made me feel welcome, supported and confident. She really did take the time to make sure we were all actually progressing not just flailing with no direction. The sequence she taught us was very easy to understand, just challenging enough to keep me engaged and pushing myself, but overall made me feel very accomplished. I hope to drop into another one of her classes soon!

It was my first pole fitness class and Andrew was helpful, encouraging and professional. The space was light and bright with good equipment. I enjoyed the exercise and the community. Andrew is a very talented instructor and dancer!
