Mirium is great at her craft and it's obvious she loves her job. That's nice I think. Her break down of the moves and her patience is commendable and appreciated. I would definately recommend her to everyone.

Class was empowering, Jenny made the class very comfortable and started off simple and manageable when I assumed it would be impossible! I showed up alone and thought I would feel intimated but nope not at all! We were all in the same space and she made us feel amazing no matter if it were your first timer or been there for weeks. I'm so glad I went and I cant wait to keep going!! Its def going to give me the strength both mentally and physically I need!!! So happy I was told about this place!!
