I took a class with Lindsey - she is very knowledgeable and does a great job creating a safe and welcoming environment to try new things and find your own way of moving while still mastering crucial techniques. I love her style of teaching and what she chooses to cover in classes. My ability to freestyle and dance without thinking has come a long way since starting her classes. Can't wait to take more!
