Crystal was fabulous! I've taken other lyra classes before, but this was the first where a real emphasis on building long term strength and flexibility was the primary focus, not just doing the "cool trick of the week" for social media posts: her desire for us to develop the strength to safely perform skills and continue to enjoy our time on lyra was evident, which was a delightful change from the usual.
